When a safe will not open because of a lost key, a forgotten combination, a flat keypad or a jammed mechanism, we open it with the least damage possible. If there is no other way, we drill it open and repair it afterwards so the safe can be used again.

Before we open any safe we confirm that the person asking has the right to open it.

Repairs and maintenance

Chubb safes and doors

Many safes and strongroom doors in Zimbabwean banks, offices and schools are older Chubb units. We service and repair them: locks, combinations, bolt work and hinges. When a Chubb unit is beyond economic repair, we can replace it with a Shellmate safe or door.

Strongroom door refurbishment

Old strongroom doors are often structurally sound but have seized bolts or a worn lock. Refurbishing them, with a new lock where needed, usually costs far less than a new door.
